# Receiving End-of-Study Media Documents

When Sites receive an End-of-Study Media (EOSM) document in Site Connect, Vault stores a link to the document in **Site Connect \> Site Home \> End of Study Media**.

Documents marked as _Restricted_ (unblinded) are visible to users who have been granted access to Restricted documents in Site Connect. For more information on Restricted documents and their permissions, see [Restricted Documents](/gr/siteconnect/document-exchange/restricted/).

To download an EOSM document you received:

1. Locate the document in the grid within the _End-of-Study Media_ section.
2. Click **Download** to complete the process.

To bulk download EOSM documents you received:

1. Select the checkbox next to each document’s name that you want to download.
2. Select the ellipses icon **(…)** in the upper-right corner of the _End-of-Study Media_ grid.
3. Select **Download**.
4. Click **Confirm** in the _Download Documents_ dialog. Vault sends you an email notification once the download is complete.
