# End-of-Study Media Overview

End-of-Study Media (EOSM) provides access to completed EOSM documents that are sent by a sponsor. Similar to _Document Exchange_, you can view and take actions against these documents.

### Site User in Site Connect

Using End-of-Study Media, site staff can perform the following actions:

- Receive EOSM documents from Sponsors or CROs
- Download EOSM documents from Sponsors or CROs
- File EOSM documents from Sponsors or CROs to SiteVault eISF if they are connected using the **File to SiteVault** user action

**Note:** EOSM documents are automatically filed to SiteVault eISF by default for sites that are connected.

### Sponsor Use in Clinical Vault

Using Site Connect for End of Study Media, Sponsors or CRO study teams can perform the following actions:

- Send EOSM documents to sites
- Recall a EOSM document that was sent in error
