From Contact & Addresses > Site Addresses, you can create and manage site addresses for your study.

Saving Site Addresses for Future Studies

When you choose to save an address for future use, that address is associated with your site’s USN and saved to the Site Addresses list in Study Admin. You can save up to 200 addresses, simplifying the reuse of addresses across multiple studies.

You can select Save for Future Use during address creation or after creation by selecting the associated Actions menu (…).

Types of Site Addresses

To meet the varying needs of different studies, you can choose from the following list of address types:

• IP Shipment
• Non-IP Shipment
• Patient Visit Location
• Finance Location
• Pharmacy
• Laboratory
• IRB / EC
• Other (specify in Additional Details)

Note: When IP Shipment is selected as the type, the Attention / Care of field is required.
