Enhancements

The following enhancement is now available for MyVeeva for Patients:

Platform - Authentication MyVeeva Users, Site Staff This feature allows site staff to send a password reset email to a MyVeeva user if they forget their MyVeeva for Patients password and no longer have access to their phone number on file. Site staff can send a password reset email from the patient record in SiteVault. MyVeeva users are required to permanently reset their password using suitable, rigorous controls per 21CFR11.300(c).This feature is a custom action that's only available through configuration by Veeva. MyVeeva for Patients Fixed Issues

ePRO - Patient Surveys MyVeeva Users When a MyVeeva user's device time zone differs from their MyVeeva account settings time zone, their account settings time zone is now used to validate their response for time entry questions in the web app. Previously, their device time zone was used for validation. ePRO - Patient Surveys MyVeeva Users When a MyVeeva user responds to a datetime entry question where the minimum value is the current date and time, they can now select the current date in the web app. Previously, they may have been unable to select the current date in the web app in certain instances. MYVC-11391
ePRO - Patient Surveys MyVeeva Users Selected survey responses in the iOS app now display and highlight correctly. Previously, the highlighting of selected responses was delayed or inconsistent. MYVC-11469
ePRO - Patient Surveys MyVeeva Users MyVeeva users can now submit a response to a time survey question where the minimum and maximum value ranges pass into the following day (for example, from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM the next day) in the Android app. MYVC-11807
ePRO - Patient Surveys MyVeeva Users When a MyVeeva user enters the current time as a response to a datetime survey question where the minimum value is the current time, their response is now valid when they exit the survey and return at a later time. Previously, their response was invalid when they resumed. MYVC-11195
