MyVeeva for Patients Fixed Issues

The issues below are now fixed. See the MyVeeva for Patients Known Issues page for additional issues that staff and MyVeeva users may encounter.

eConsent - Editor Site Staff, Sponsor Staff When site or sponsor staff upload an empty Microsoft Word document to the Veeva eConsent editor, the editor now automatically adds one blank section to the eConsent form. Previously, users needed to manually add a blank section. MYVC-11330
eConsent - MyVeeva Users MyVeeva Users When a MyVeeva user views an eConsent form in Swedish, a link to decline the form is now present. Prevously, the Swedish decline link wasn't present. MYVC-11388
eConsent - MyVeeva Users MyVeeva Users, Site Staff When site staff send an eConsent form to a participant and at least one other signatory and the form is upversioned before all signatories sign, users who are logged out at the time of the upversion now receive a notification about the new form. Previously, users who were logged out at the time of the upversion didn't receive a notification. MYVC-10950
ePRO - Patient Surveys MyVeeva Users, Site Staff When site staff add and remove a participant event datetime that's an end event for a participant's survey schedule, the survey task related to that event now reappears for participants as expected. Previously, adding and removing the participant event datetime didn't make the survey task available again. MYVC-11299
ePRO - Patient Surveys MyVeeva Users, Sponsor Staff Survey schedules that begin at 12:00:00 AM and are available for a range of days, weeks, months, or years now end at 11:59:59 PM on the end date of the schedule. Previously, the schedule ended at 12:00:00 AM on the day following the end date. MYVC-11356
ePRO - Patient Surveys MyVeeva Users, Site Staff When site staff enable ePRO for a MyVeeva user whose preferred language in MyVeeva for Patients isn't supported by the study, ePRO now enables successfully and the MyVeeva user receives surveys and notifications in the next-best language option. Previously, enabling ePRO failed and site staff received an error. MYVC-11750
ePRO - Patient Surveys MyVeeva Users, Site Staff When a survey schedule has multiple start events and site staff edit the actual datetime for one of the start events, survey instances related to the other start events are now unaffected. Previously, survey instances related to the other start events may have unexpectedly rescheduled or been removed for participants. MYVC-11377
ePRO - Reporting Site Staff, Sponsor Staff ePRO audit trail events that are logged in site and sponsor data exports no longer fail if an event includes a value with more than 128 characters. MYVC-11427
Platform - Notifications MyVeeva Users Participant-facing notifications containing special characters (such as & or <>) now display as expected. Previously, special characters in notifications displayed as a code. MYVC-11361
Platform - Notifications MyVeeva Users When more than one MyVeeva user use the same device that has the MyVeeva app installed and push notifications enabled, they now only receive push notifications related to the account that is currently logged in. MYVC-11379
