The issue below is now fixed. See the MyVeeva for Patients Known Issues page for additional issues that staff and MyVeeva users may still encounter.

Issue Description
MYVC-1108 Participants now verify their identity with a code texted to their mobile phone every time they submit a signed eConsent form. Previously, we required them to verify their identity only the first time they submitted a document for a study during their current login.
