Fixed Issues

The issues below are now fixed. See the MyVeeva for Patients Known Issues page for additional issues that staff and MyVeeva users may still encounter.

Issue Description
MYVC-1108 Participants can now submit a document. Previously, an error message may have intermittently been displayed when they attempted to do so.
MYVC-1157 When you correct a participant’s phone number on the patient record in SiteVault before the participant registers their account in MyVeeva for Patients, the phone number is now updated in MyVeeva for Patients. Previously, the phone number was not updated and the participant couldn’t verify their identity and register their account.
MYVC-1168 Participants can now log in using Microsoft® Internet Explorer™ 11.
MYVC-1191 When you save to Vault or check in from the editor in Microsoft Internet Explorer 11, the elements in the dialog are no longer displayed out of alignment.
