Overview

The MyVeeva for Patients user can view in-office visit information and join video visits in the app. If you change or cancel a visit, the system notifies the participant about the change and updates or removes the visit in the app. All visits that you invite the participant’s MyVeeva calender alias to are displayed on the To Do page.

View Upcoming Visits

The user completes the steps below.

1	View the To Do page and find the visit.
2	Select the visit. You can see the visit details.

Join a Video Visit

Release Note: This functionality is only available to participants whose records are managed in SiteVault. It will be available to all participants on August 9, 2024, with the 24R2 release.

The user completes the steps below.

1	View the To Do page and find the video visit.
2	Select the video visit. You can see the visit details and select Join Meeting or select the virtual meeting link in the details at the meeting start time.
