Complete the steps below to add a calendar event to the app for an in-person or virtual visit so the participant can see it on their To-Do page.
- In the Participants tab, select a participant’s ID.
- Select View Details.
- Select the Copy Alias link. An alias to the participant’s MyVeeva user account is copied to your clipboard.
- In your calendar application, paste the alias as the recipient of the calendar event, select a date and time for the visit, fill in any additional information about the event (such as the name or description of the visit, or a link to a virtual conferencing system), and send the invitation. The calendar event is added to the participant’s MyVeeva for Patients To Do page.
