Sending Visit Information to the App

Complete the steps below to add a calendar event to the app for an in-person or virtual visit so the participant can see it on their To-Do page.

  1. In the Participants tab, select a participant’s ID.
  2. Select View Details.
  3. Select the Copy Alias link. An alias to the participant’s MyVeeva user account is copied to your clipboard.
  4. In your calendar application, paste the alias as the recipient of the calendar event, select a date and time for the visit, fill in any additional information about the event (such as the name or description of the visit, or a link to a virtual conferencing system), and send the invitation. The calendar event is added to the participant’s MyVeeva for Patients To Do page.
